Enquiries

When you send a brief through the contact form or the campaign planner we receive your name, company, e-mail, phone (if you give it), your message, the options you chose and the page you came from.

We use it only to answer you and prepare an offer — on the basis of steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The brief is delivered to our mailbox and kept as a backup record on our web server. We keep it as long as we need it for the enquiry and any cooperation that follows, and delete it no later than three years after our last contact. We do not sell or share it; only our hosting and e-mail providers process it on our behalf.

Measuring visits

Our own counter. Our server counts page views and actions such as choosing a mission role or starting a brief. No cookies, nothing stored on your device, no IP address kept — only a daily-changing anonymous value, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) runs on every public page in a privacy-first mode. Without your consent it sets no cookies and uses no identifiers: Google receives anonymous signals such as the page, the time, the type of device and the approximate country, which it models into overall statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages help visitors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Only if you click Accept may Google Analytics also use cookies to recognise a returning visit. Advertising, personalisation and Google signals are switched off for everybody. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings; declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Films are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com and load only when you press play. From that moment YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
